Following its latest price hike early this year, YouTube TV is now showing an option to get a $10 monthly discount, but it’s a bit buried.

After being priced at $72.99/month for roughly two years, Google upped the price of YouTube TV to $82.99/month as of January 2025. But that wasn’t without a handful of options to keep the old rate. Some customers were offered a 6-month price lock, while new subscribers were offered a 6-month discount on their rate to go back down to the prior cost.

Currently, YouTube TV is offering many of its subscribers a $10 discount, bringing the price back down to $72.99/month, each month for six months. The discount appears to be available to subscribers already on a discounted rate, as well as those currently paying the full amount.
The discount can be found as a “gift” under the “Manage Plan” section of the YouTube TV website. The new price takes effect at the start of the next billing period, with Google showing the timing of when the plan goes back to its original price. The option is not appearing in the YouTube TV mobile app.
We’re not sure exactly how widely this discount is being made available, but most subscribers seem to be seeing it. Let us know in the comments if you have the option on your account.
