Following new details about its charger leaking earlier today, official-looking renders of the Pixel Watch 4 have now landed, showing off the new colors and slim display bezels on Google’s new smartwatches.
At first glance, Pixel Watch 4 doesn’t seem like it’s going to be a very big update, and that’s because it’s not. The next generation of Google’s smartwatch is going to be the same in many ways, but there are a few changes in store. Perhaps one of the biggest comes in the charging setup, which now relies on a side-mounted set of pins that connect to a new charger – yes, the third charging system in four generations of Pixel Watch.
Now, we’re getting a better look at the updated hardware.
The folks over at Android Headlines have acquired and published a collection of official-looking Pixel Watch 4 renders that show off both the 41mm and 45mm size options in multiple colors. The case looks similar to last year, but with the addition of “Moonstone” replacing the dark green Pixel Watch 3 (45mm) finish, and apparently also coming to the 41mm size.
New bands are said to include:
- Active Band: Obsidian, Porcelain, and Moonstone
- Sport Band: Indigo, Limoncello, and Iris
That aligns with previous leaks, with this latest report adding that the Stretch band remains exclusive to the smaller watch, and that the Active band is using a new material this time around. Prior generations have used a fluoroelastomer material, similar to the Apple Watch.

That moonstone colour is lovely. Very tempting, now that I've decided I won't be upgrading my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic to an 8 Classic.
There have been rumblings about the Pixel Watch 4 having slightly slimmer bezels this year, but the difference looks minimal at best in these images.
