Amazon is now offering Apple’s 24GB M4 Pro Mac mini slightly under the deal we spotted string Prime Day. Regularly $1,399, you can now land the 24GB/512G pro chip model down at $1,248.54 shipped, which is over $150 below the list at Apple and the lowest price we can find online from a reputable dealer.
While we have seen lower prices in the past as part of short-lived crawls down below the $1,250 range at Amazon, those deals were relatively short-lived and quickly sold out or jumped back up to something closer to the full $1,399. For further comparison, today’s deal on a brand new unit from Amazon also undercuts the “excellent” condition unit at Best Buy by nearly $40.
While the base 16GB/256GB and 512GB models aren’t down quite as low as we were tracking for Prime Day a little over a week ago, you will find the standard non-pro M4 Mac mini with the same 24GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD back down at the Prime Day price of $889, or $110 off the list price.
For many, the real value in the M4 Mac mini lineup is the notably affordable price tags on the entry end of the lineup, and justifiably so – a 16GB current-generation Mac at $599, and typically much less than that with the deals we feature, is some serious value if you ask me. But for folks with more demanding needs be it video editing, involved Logic Pro recording sessions, and the like, the M4 Pro can get you that extra horsepower without spending anywhere near the price of the Mac Studio lineup.
