First off, I will say I had some issues originally setting it up. I was trying to use my old Apple TV, and couldn't get it to synch up. I decided to upgrade to the 4th Gen Apple TV and since then no issues. Easy connectivity. Currently using for lights in our living room. Mostly using it to turn them on and off and that's it. If there's a knock at the door and it's late, I'll use it to turn them on. Alternatively, some nights we like to leave the light on in the living room to make the appearance of someone being awake, mostly security feature. If we forget to leave them on, my wife will hit the button from bed. Have had a few issues with lag as others mentioned, but it's mostly spot on when I push the button, the lights go on or off. I'd recommend to anyone wanting additional home automation features.
