Segway’s Xafari and Xyber e-bikes with Apple Find My, proximity locking, more are starting from a new $2,000 low (Reg. $2,400+)

$400 off $2,000+

Update 7/14: Segway has extended the savings on these two e-bikes through July 20.

Running parallel to Amazon’s Prime Day Sale event, Segway has some limited-time discounts of up to $400 on its two new e-bikes. Through July 11, you can score the Xafari e-bike at $1,999.99 shipped, while the Xyber e-bike is down at $2,999.99 shipped. Normally fetching $2,400 and $3,300, respectively, we’ve only seen previous post-launch discounts hitting these models once before at the top of June, when their prices were brought down to $2,200 and $3,000. While the low price is returning for the Xyber e-bike, the Xafari is seeing even lower pricing for this event that saves you $400 off the tag at the new best rate we have tracked.

Segway’s Xafari e-bike cruises into view as an all-terrain option for riders of various skill levels that is praised by the brand as “for everyone, yet far from ordinary.” It has a 750W rear hub motor alongside a removable 936Wh battery, providing up to a max 20 MPH speed for up to 88 miles when its 12 PAS levels are activated (supported by a torque sensor), all after only six hours of charging. Comfort has been taken into serious consideration with its design that includes ergonomic positioning, 80mm front/70mm rear suspension, an adjustable compression damping and lock-out fork, and 26-inch by 3-inch all-terrain tires. You’ll also have a heightened riding experience thanks to the rear-mounted cargo rack, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear lighting (including brake lighting), an integrated multi-color smart TFT display with a 20W USB A/C port, and much more.

Of course, one of the biggest additions to this model and its counterpart below, is the inclusion of the brand’s Intelligent Ride System. This gives them some high-end smart features like Airlock wireless proximity security, an alarm system, Apple Find My, GPS, adaptive pedal assistance, and plenty more. You can get the full rundown on these features in our original CES 2025 launch coverage here.

In the other lane of these deals, Segway’s Xyber e-bike comes bearing the same Intelligent Ride System and smart features, and is the model to hop on if you’ve got a need for speed. It goes from zero to 20 MPH in just 2.7 seconds, continuing as high as 35 MPH when it’s been switched to its race mode. It has a 6,000W direct-drive motor paired with a 2,880Wh dual-battery setup, which provides you PAS support (12 different levels) for up to 112 miles on one 4-hour charge. And when you want to ride along on pure electricity, there’s a throttle to do so and three different riding modes with varying mileages.

Among its many structural features, you’ll find an inverted dual-crown fork at its front alongside a classic swing-arm design at the rear, as well as coil-sprung, hydraulically damped front and rear suspension for even smoother journeys on uneven terrain. Stopping power comes from the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, with there also being 20 by 5-inch tires with flat-resistant inserts, and much more.

You can get the full details of all the many features on these e-bikes in our original launch coverage from CES 2025 here. You’ll also find plenty of ongoing EV deals from other brands collected together in our Green Deals hub.
