the biggest piece of advice i can tell you is dont be the discount guy, youll attract crappy customers with no money who are no fun to work with. be the best, charge a premium for it, profit. I was 20 years old with 2 employees, charging $100/hr in a town of 15,000 people, had the largest business client base in my area and consistently beat out the one man shops run by people twice my age and half my price. and I wasn’t even that good.
