Any idea on the $$ range?

I don’t have an exact or specific range, but it is negotiable dependent upon experience and well within the expected salary range of a System Administrator for the local area.

That looks too good to be true. If that were the case and they could deal with a mostly remote admin, I’d be all about it.

Well, there are very regular instances where they would need you onsite to give them a hand working with prototype hardware and isolated network setups for experiments and tests.

And the schedule really is that flexible. I come in between 9 and 10 most days and leave between 5 and 6. As long as you are productive and get the work done, they don’t really care when you come in to do it.
Realistically, I like to try and be in between the hours of 8 and 10 in the morning, and be available until at least 4:30. Those seem to be the hours where most of the engineers and staff tend to be in the building working. And of course there are times when I stay late to get work done that needs to get done.

Forwarded.
