This is awesome! The majority of our company actually NEEDS this training. When you send a company-wide email asking everyone to reboot their computers when convenient all chaos ensues!

“Does reboot mean to shut it down?”
“How do I reboot?”
“Is that like restarting?”
“I don’t have a start button.”
“OK. I’ll just hold the power button in until it turns off”
“Mine says ‘install updates and reboot’, Is that ok?”
“I can’t reboot right now. I’m in the middle of a sales quote” (Even though we said when convenient)
“But I just restarted yesterday. Do I still have to do it?”

Thankfully they invited remote management so we don’t have to ask them to reboot and can do it after hours!

What about restarting users? Sometimes that seems like it’d be a lot more likely to solve the problem
