Stats frozen?

While looking at my stats I noticed that 'best" answers" and “Helpful Votes” are stuck at this number for quite a whlle?
Is that how it supposed to be?

Hey Lucid, this might actually be a bug. I went to our backend to look and see if perhaps the expertise for that area hasn’t rebuilt lately… and it looks like it may not have. I have a feeling this is because the Collaboration category was created after the Expertise system and it may not know to look there and rebuild it.

Putting in a tix now and I should have a response soon!

Yeah, my bet is it probably started around late April: New Taxonomy for Spiceworks

That is when we moved some of the stuff over to the new Collaboration category. It looks like any group, new or moved to it, was having that issue where the stats were frozen in time.

The upside is, the team built this pretty well so we were able to add Collaboration to it just now and I’m running the update. Special spice-up to @cat-spiceworks for looking into this so quickly! I already see your stats updating on this post:

DAG Is possible specified the path where I want to add the Database Copy? Collaboration

Not as much as I’m aware, when you create a DAG one of the requirements if to have database and log location mirroring what on the other server. All copies of a mailbox database must be located in the same path on each server that hosts a copy.

Oh no, thank you for letting us know about this! I am sure it was affecting others so nice to get this taken care of and gives me something new to add to the checklist when we add new technology categories to the Community.
