Add device in Spiceworks Network Monitor

Hi,

I installed network monitor and tried to add Windows server device. The wmi on the server works whell and when i do the WMI dos test it works to ger the serial number. But i always the error “There was an error adding this device”

I installed spicework on the Windows different to be shure, and get the same error.

What i found is when i look at the looks after it says USERNAME “my-domain\administrator”. (look at log below)

Why do i get two backslash ? Anyone can help ? is it a bug ?

What version are you on? I think they released a new one not too long ago. I would upgrade and see if it still happens

Can you uninstall, run this script , and install again? Let me know if you are still unable to add devices after that.

Still same problem…logs indicate “reso-tech\administrateur” and the user I entered in the add device is “reso-tech\administrateur”

I did not get the instructions to send the logs.
