If it has no bluescreen errors after removing the oldest 60 GB SSD, then there is something related to the SSD or how it was connected that is the root cause of the issue.

A firmware update on the SSD may help, or may not, but never hurts to check with the manufacturer.

Honestly, I’ve never used Windows memory diag, only memtest, so I don’t know exactly how well it works in comparison.
