Bulk user update script based on CSV file

Hello

Can someone help me create a PowerShell script to bulk update users in Active directory ?

These are the requirements:

Write a PowerShell script that updates the personal information in AD.
Errors should provide meaningful, legible feedback - so no error messages and crashes.
The script must be able to be started repeatedly, with new input each time (CSV file).
The script should provide clear feedback to the user about what is being done.
Comments are included in the script to clarify the operation.

This is easy to do by yourself. Use Active Directory Center to update 1 user, then copy the powershell history (bottom part at ADC)
Now you know the PS to update a single user.
Make the CSV file, and use foreach.
I iam not a powershell guru, but with this method and a little google to understand foreach is how i made tons of different scripts for furlough users when covid quarantine started first script took an hour, but it was way more complicated than examples i found.
PS is the one tool it pays to take time to learn. I use it almost daily instead of the GUI tools as a challenge to myself and i have been saving time.

Do you know how to get help in the community? It’s a community where we help someone if they are stuck at something they are trying.

How can you even think someone will write these things for you, are you paying? Please post such requirements as jobs at freelancer sites or Fiverr.
