I am looking for help on setting up vlans on a Cisco RV320. I have everything set up but as soon as i turn on vlans it breaks everything.

You are looking for help setting up a Cisco RV320 to do what? Where are you getting stuck exactly? I’m honestly not going to be the person that ultimately answers your question as I have not used that product but I’m going to give you a chance to edit the question with more meaningful information so that when the bulk of the users log on in a few hours, they will be able to give you a decent answer. They will not be able to based on your current question.

What I am looking for is if i have a device or devices plugged in to ports 2-4 that the devices can’t see each other but i have a device in port 1 and it can see everything

Ports 1 - 4 are switch ports, strictly speaking. You might be able to separate them logically but I am not that familiar enough with the RV series to be able to provide an answer. On a more advanced Cisco router this could be done with ACL’s and/or VLAN’s.

Easy enough. Follow the directions in the Administrators Guide that Emily for Cisco provided above. Refer to page 72.

Assign each of ports 2-4 their own VLan, and use VLan 1 on port 1 as your management VLan.

What part are you getting stuck on?

Did you assign each switch port to it’s own VLan?

You’ll find it under “Port Management” then “VLan Membership”. Set up the necessary 3 additional VLan’s . It’s also where you assign each as Tagged, or Untagged.

You might want to look over the Emulator Cisco has RV320 .

So when I click on enable Vlan it breaks everything. I had to do a hard reset. Can someone do a desktop share and help me configure this?

VLan 1: 192.168.100.0 (Port 1)
VLan 2: 192.168.200.0 (Port 2)
VLan 3: 192.168.300.0 (Port 3)
VLan 4: 192.168.400.0 (Port 4)

When I plug a device in to port 3, and open an port on that device, I can’t access it from the public. But when I switch that device to port 1 with the same open ports it can be accessed from the public. Is it possible to access on another port besides port 1
