Hey Everyone, I am trying to make a custom view with ‘My Ticket Views’ that will show all open & assigned tickets for a specific group of people.<\/p>\n
I tried doing match any and then listing assigned to : ect…<\/p>\n
While that does show all the assigned tickets, it also shows those that have been closed.<\/p>\n
Doing match all doesn’t show anything as it looks for tickets with 5 people assigned to each ticket.<\/p>\n

Not at present I’m afraid. The Ticket Views can either match ALL the criteria listed, or it can match ANY one of the criteria listed. There aren’t any plans to add this functionality at this time.<\/p>\n
