I can’t connect to my console interface, the gateway is not reading for some reason I even reset the console steel not reading is like the LAN is dead.

have you tried a different port?

if you set the SonicWALL back to default you have LAN network IP address, 192.168.168.168, and subnet mask, 255.255.255.0

And no DHCP (assuming that was on the sonicwall) so you have to give your computer a static IP in the range and then you should get to it.

I am actually not sure what that means. I read it like you lost access to your Sonicwall

You mean you can not connect to the gateway?

When you say gateway, do you mean the SonicWALL or is there another devices?

So you basically cannot connect to the SonicWALL?

Sounds like DHCP is possibly not working? Does the sonicwall supply dhcp or some other device?

I think you right, it looks like the the DHCP is wrong I have to call my internet provider because I been having issue with the internet and one time I have message saying DHCP not working and then I rebooted my internet modem and it was working.

Your ISP (Internet Provider) usually has nothing to do with DHCP…

Now that ‘modem’ however might be a ‘all in one’ device and might hand out DHCP.

Is this a business internet account? For business, modems are usually bridged and the Sonicwall or other devices (e.g. Windows Server runs DHCP etc) handles DHCP.
