Hi

i’m trying to export our current ~140.000 tickets to a json to migrate them somewhere else.

so i open the htts://localhost/data_migrations/helpdesk and click on export. for a while i can see changes when i click on the view log but after a while i get the “an application error occurred” window that never goes away. i waited over an hour that should’ve been enough for it to export the data. but even if not, the disk space on the server is not changing significantly with time passing by.

is there a method/way to fix this or should i just wait for more?

we also have the database dump and backup is that something we can possibly do with if we’d like to migrate/move away?

honestly we wouldn’t mind keeping an offline backup/remain of the old database as is just so we have somewhere to browse for old solutions. question is if i can just leave the server be “unplugged” from network and having it on our untrusted network forever? (more precisely does it reach out for any online api that will eventually be completely shut down and we’ll never be able to log in / open old tickets?)

thanks
