What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to see tickets you’ve submitted as a user, or tickets you’ve been assigned? What steps are you taking, and what’s happening when you get stuck?

As the others have said, we’re going to need more information in order to try and help. Lets start with:

Is/was Spiceworks running on the computer that was upgraded to Win 10 or were remote client computers upgraded?
If the Spiceworks computer was upgraded is the spiceworks service still running? (was it even running in Service Mode before the upgrade).
If the service won’t start are you seeing any related errors in the Windows Event Log when you try to start the service?
If the service IS running do you make it to the login page, or is your failure after attempting to log in?
Are you able to connect to Spiceworks from non-Windows 10 computers?
Do you receive any error message when you try to connect, if so what is the message?
What version/build of Spiceworks are you running?

Probably more questions to follow based on the answers.

Was the machine hosting Spiceworks upgraded or the machine you’re accessing your Spiceworks install?

Look into the Windows Firewall.

Windows 10 as the host for Spiceworks install is not officially supported and this maybe realated to the issues you see.

Based on all of your questions and comments it was determined that Windows 10 upgrade was the problem. Thank you all very much for the help and excellent support.
