I’m new to Spiceworks and had 2 questions in regards to the Help Desk for the Cloud options. The first one is that I wanted to create 2 different organizations but have them come back to the same portal. So the same help desk portal but for 2 different organizations and wanted to know if this is possible.For example,when i try to create a different organization I need to make a different email instead of using the same one and wanted to know is it possible for one email for different organizations. My send question is that I for the portal authentication,for email authorization,I tested it for a user and when they got the email link,it took them to the Spiceworks registration page.I wanted to know how have user submit a ticket/request without being registered in Spiceworks.
