I need help please because I got confused , I need to apply Spiceworks on main office and 5 sites and on each site will be around 7 to 8 agents + end - users , what are the requirements to run the Spiceworks?, shall I download firstly Spiceworks HelpDesk server as i will be the admin for the 5 sites , and after this each site or the agents(IT admins) on the site download the Spiceworks AgentShell and the end users will download the SpiceWorks on premises tool to add their tickets and all of these issues and tasks will be monitored through Spiceworks HelpDesk?<\/p>\n

Do you just want the Help Desk for ticketing, or do you also want inventory, etc? That will help determine what you need to do. Also, keep in mind that on-prem is being phased out, and Spiceworks is focusing on Cloud Help Desk going forward.<\/p>\n
