What you want to check before though is your existing partitions are compatible, your hardware is.<\/p>\n
You can also upgrade using the ISO and booting from it. This is often cleaner and doesn’t bring over junk it doesn’t need. You may also lose some old Linux drivers, so do double-check your hardware will work first.<\/p>\n
