    $ZoneRecords = Get-R53ResourceRecordSet -HostedZoneId $zoneDetail.Id
    $ZoneRecords = $ZoneRecords.ResourceRecordSets | Where-Object {$_.Type -eq "NS"-and $_.Name -eq "$Zone."} | Out-File $fileName -Append
    Write-Host "$Zone NS Records `n ----"

    Write-Host "`n ----"
    }

in general, you create a CSV file by piping an object to Export-CSV, like this;

$Files - Get-ChildItem -Path c:\foo
$Files | Export-CSV -Path C:\Foo\aaa.csv
