Hoping someone can help me, I’m not sure if this is a GDPR related issue in our tenancy or not.

When we add users in Teams from Germany to a Team in our tenancy (UK) or Germany add us to a Team in their Tenancy (Germany EU) they do not appear on the left hand side in Teams as I am used to.

Instead we see a drop down in the top right corner allowing us to effectively change tenancy but this isn’t the greatest way of working for our end-users.

A possible complication is that Germany had 365 before we did, so some of users exist in the tenancy as guests from when we solely had on-prem exchange.

Our users all have Office 365 E3 licences.
