Hi All,

Quick question regarding Sharepoint in a multi tenant organisation.
I’ve created the MTO with two tenants and Cal/Users are syncing, however with regards to SP, I can’t seem to view tenant B’s SP sites when I’ve given them permissions, without clicking on the link it provides when you set the permissions and it sends that user the notification.

I can click on the site link and view tenant B’s site, but in a different tab. I cannot view both Tenant A & B SP sites under the same Sharepoint tab.
I hope that makes sense, trying to explain it the best I can.!!!

So essentially I want to be able to view tenants A/B Sharepoint sites under the same O365 page/login! Is that possible?

Many thanks

I think I get what you mean??
A bit unsure as to whether or not its possible to view both tenant’s sites at the same time, but you may be able to add one account, tenant A, to one of the other tenants, tenant B, as a guest user?

I am unable to test this myself currently, but the only other way I can think of doing it would be using custom connectors or a script.

You could maybe us Azure B2B to invite guest users from one tenant to another. You should be able to set it to let users from Tenant A to access resources in Tenant B without needing to switch accounts.

This is exactly what we’ve done. We have a SharePoint based Intranet shared to another tenant using Azure B2B. MFA is passed through and all users whether local or guests can access the intranet SharePoint without issue.

Hey all,

Sorry for delay, been away on annual leave!
Thank you very much for your advice, I was investigating this but again, wasn’t sure if this would suit my needs, but I think I will undo the MTO setup and go via the B2B route!

Cheers guys for all your help
