On-Prem App Settings Unavailable

I am not able to access the settings for Apps. In this case, I am trying to adjust the settings for Ticket Checklist (v. 4.2) in the On-Prem (Spiceworks Version 7.5.00104). I spoke with the Spice Hub at SpiceWorld to no avail. They were also not sure why this wasn’t accessible. Brendan wasn’t able to access it either. Is this a glitch that can be taken care of? Is anyone able to access the settings? If so, is there something I need to be aware of?

We did look into this - I remember talking to you - and it seems to be a problem we didn’t know about, but can recreate across several installations, which means a bug must have been introduced somehow, somewhere along the way and you’re the first person to report it (that he or I know about).

Jackie - I didn’t realize I made such and impression. Sweet! Sadly, that was not the answer I was hoping for, but this is just an announce at least. We will survive with the constant Notifications. We will have to muddle through until we finally move to the cloud. Rex would not let me access the link to read about the beta so I will just have to keep tabs on the updates. Thanks for sending an answer over.
