No, there exist no such plans (yet).

Spiceworks only recently announced that its Windows edition will reach EOL by end of this year. It continous to be supported unto then. Support has been reduced as announced and declined as outlined in various announcements and its product roadmap.
OVA and similar are Spiceworks Help Desk Server (HDS) editions. In the last announcement, a limitation of support has been announced. It does not go so far as for the Windows edition. According to this announcement, active development has been paused unto end of this year, after the release of an update last month. No other limitations of support have been announced.

As I clarified, the Windows edition will become EOL by end of this year. The installer will be made unavailable by end of this month.

Neither we nor Spiceworks does know the future of the HDS edition. No changes are expected before end of this year. The reason for the suspension of active development was the slower than expected adoption rate. We don’t know what these expectations were and if such a misalignment was caused by previous product plans, feature sets and communication policy.
