Anybody else using there product here getting this error?
Was going to start to download some driver packs for a new system, and it started to get authentication errors and then noticed the web page was down?!?

It sounds like we have heard of this happening a couple other times but we have been unable to reproduce it on our side. Can you please let me know what browser and OS you are using? Also, what is the specific link when this error is occurring? These details will help us troubleshoot the issue so that we can develop a resolution.

It seems to have been resolved now, I was using Chrome and IE ( from my laptop and from the server ) Win2012R2 and Win10 x64
I had gotten this error by going directly to www.smartdeploy.com - once that came up, I was able to download the packages from the smart deploy application?
