I was referring to the Spiceworks Help desk.

under settings you can add organisations

I am able to create new organisations but i am unable to delete them

hope this adds more clarity

If you are using the Hosted Helpdesk, last I heard removing was a planned addition. You can email support@spiceworks.com and ask them to remove it.

They haven’t added the ability to remove organizations yet. Email support at the address I gave you and they can take care of it.
