Please, please help! Outlook

Recently, when I try to attach a file to an email in Outlook it pops up with an extra dialog box to browse files one at a time and then click attach. Before when I clicked the attach paperclip it went directly to my files on the computer and I could attach as many files as I wanted.

The first thing I did was update Silverlight but now it is all up to date and still it won’t work.

I use Firefox, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling… Still nothing.

Okay, this is only inconvenient to me. I can still attach files, it just takes extra steps but it is just so FRUSTRATING! I’ve tried everything to get it to work but still no change. I just want it to go back to how it’s always been.

Does anybody know what the problem is?

Wait what? Are you using OWA or the local Outlook app? What version of Outlook is this? Are you on Office 365?
