Need help on powershell script

Hi, this is the script I have 3 different script merged as one it will give me the URL. Status of my domain URLs, uptime status of remote servers and service status and I get all of the scripts output in results.txt ,I really dunno y when sending mail the uptime script and URL script comes next to next and I Duno where I can put new line so that I get the uptime status part with gap
another major thing for me is Get-service details part when it goes to output file it is fully aligned properly but when sending mail it just goes like unaligned

Eg of the output

name status servername
Xxxxxxcccc runningserver name

Attaching the output is easy but they want the output to be directly sent in email and also it is best to have the output saved in file so that I can see it if any issues

Iam only 3 days old working in powershell script. Please help me on this.

Without looking into it to deeply, there is some odd stuff

why do you put stuff into an array ? → @()

Look into splatting

can you give a sample what it looks like and what you want it to look like?
