Unless you want someone to install and set it up for you and your clients, there is no need to pay anything since its freeware (amazing what open source can do for you).

Found this one out the hard way…I now use Ninite.com to install Filezilla as well as a few other tools available from there.

(Ninite is free for Home Use, there is a paid version that will allow you to deploy and keep computers within your company up to date.)

If you use the Additional Download options on the FileZilla page - Download FileZilla Server

Or directly in SourceForge click the link below downloads that says “Direct Download” it will add “download?nowrap” at the end of the URL for the download and download without any additional installers

If you are wanting to pay someone to set it up for you, they will need to have access to your networking equipment for configuration of your router/firewall. While this usually can be done remotely, you are probably better off getting an established local consultant/MSP to perform this procedure for you, as they will need passworded access to your router/firewall.

You do need to be more clear in what you are actually wanting.
