I need to protection of some Files and folders for not allowed printing.

Any tool or software required ?

What are these files? Word, txt, PDF?
Shared folder, local user folder?

Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008r2, 2012, 2012r2, or a SBS variant?
Are the back-end servers a flavor of *nix (Debian, CentOS, SUSE, RedHat, etc)?
What are the OSes of the clients, such as Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10? Too, the level of Windows can be helpful, such as Home, Professional, or Enterprise?
If Windows clients, are the domain joined & managed, or workgrouped computers?
Are there *nix or Mac OS X clients? If so, which OS version(s)?
What precisely is meant by “protection”? Is this meant as not being able to be printed, or in a data loss protection context?

You can protect some of file formats for not printing etc .doc .pdf

you cant protect folder for not printing
