Is anybody know about document management system software?

Our organization uses OnBase for keeping digital records; we have a scanning department who inputs all paper applications/documentation into a central database which is then delegated to users. We can give people varying types of access so it’s not a free-for-all. There are thousands of features, and we probably don’t use about 75% of them.

The only cons I’ve seen thus far is the initial price, and the size of the backups (which is more our fault).

I guess I don’t understand, are you asking me a question here? You’ll need to be a little more specific about what kinds of documents you are planning on managing, as well as your company’s requirements.
