I have 2 versions and several copies of each but the last one on each list refuse to hold their licences, which is a strange coincidence. The Adobe XI license was stuck at “unverified” and when I clicked “mark verified” the property window would close and display the “alert has been closed or deleted” message but clicking back on the software showed the license was back to unverified. I’ve added and removed the licenses from Spiceworks with no luck, tried all the browsers. All licenses were recently added back after we performed a fresh inventory scan with the exception of these two.<\/p>\n

I haven’t seen this particular problem before, but the er, funkiness, usually comes from a few things:<\/p>\n

Thank you for the information. Ah, that actually sounds like a bug that was logged a while (okay, more than a while) back. Unfortunately, the developers aren’t focused on the desktop app right now. Here’s some more info on that:
