Spiceworks Version 7.5.00107 issues

I have taken over Spiceworks Helpdesk because someone retired. I’ve worked with Spiceworks for a while but hadn’t ever had to dig in. Spiceworks shows it’s the latest version but I’m having the column issue thing and frankly, I’m not sure of overall stability because of all the add-ons. Any suggestions? Paid services?

Hi,

What issues are you having? It isn’t possible to resize columns, and that’s probably not something that will change. Can’t speak about other software, but this may be worth a read: State of Desktop app v8.0 . The existing on-prem help desk wont be developed or worked on any more.
