At this time no, TronPrem is designed as Cloud Help Desk downloadable and “runnable” locally. Note that the product plan is now exposed publically here: https://community.spiceworks.com/product-plans

On your second question: there is no short term plan at this time for an on-prem inventory to replace the Desktop one. However we have thoughts about this, as we exposed here: State of Desktop app v8.0 (see last sentence of section " Unified product/code-base"). This does not appear on the above Product Plan because it’s not short term.

Should we do this, it would obviously integrate with TronPrem.

On your reporting question: we have plans to improve the Cloud Help Desk reporting (see the Cloud Help Desk section in the above Product Plan doc)
