However, the ::1 is the Loopback address for IPv6, the equivalent of 127.0.0.1 for IPv4. Do you have IPv6 operational on your host?

Don’t ever disable IPv6 from the NIC properties. That is heavily frowned upon by Microsoft. Instead, use one of the fixits offered at Configure IPv6 for advanced users - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn . I’m having the exact same problem but haven’t seen the solution yet. I’ve tried adding IPv6 stuff to DNS but so far it hasn’t helped anything.%uFEFF
