I’m trying to scan my other sites. We have site to site vpns set up, the ports are wide open through the vpn, yet Spiceworks is not able to pick up any thing in another site if I try scanning using an IP address range that is in that site. I have to use individual addresses in order to get it to work(that is a waste of my time). I see these other computers in dns, I’m part of AD 2003 domain, have used enterprise admin credtials. What else could be the problem that I have to scan by individual addresses.

Your VPN setup to route broadcasts and smp? Also check to see what ports are being routed. VPN’s typically filter network broadcasts by default. Verify that you have bridged your subnets and the network scope through your VPN.
