Group policy block Inheritance

Hi Guys,

We are migrating to windows 10 soon. We have to re-do some of the group policies to accommodate newer IE versions (11) and some other stuff. I have a test machine in a test OU . I blocked inheritance on this OU so that none of the old polices applies to it. I apply my new polices to this OU but my test machine is still getting some of the old polices. These polices are not enforced and loop back is not enabled. I am unable to find what the problem is. These polices Any pointers please ?

Edit: Just noticed my machine is inheriting 3 old policies. All 3 are linked at the top level (Under domains>abc.org) but are not enforced.

Is the user you are logging into the machine with also in the “Test OU” with blocked inheritance? If not I would guess that maybe why?
