Love this vacuum! I find the suction great with or without tool attachments. Perfect for quick clean ups! Works well for cleaning car crevices and crumbs that build up around kitchen cabinets. In another review they mentioned how difficult it is to remove the attachments, however there is a button to push that disconnects them for simple, easy removal.

Pro: - powerful small and portable vacuum - we use it on our sofa and some dirt and hair comes off - there’s a mode to increase more power and an eco mode - Love the long nozzles and comes with a brush to clean. - easy to dispose with a button - easy to collect my wife’s hair around the house lol - love the stand Con: - Nozzle is easily scratched - overtime there’s a weird noise that never went away - battery is just like 1-2 hrs of usage depending on the modes.

Shark denied this model number existed. I had called for warranty service after the dust cup broke off during normal use. When I informed them it was registered at the shark web page in April they said the dust cup was not covered. In only 3 months it was not covered? The unit has a 2 year warranty. They then said it was covered and out of stock with no ETA on return to stock. Lastly they said it was sent to a supervisor for consideration and they would be ordering me one to be sent if/when the dust cover became available. I could expect to get an email in 3-4 weeks from the supervisor. The rep was unable to provide proof of an order number or claim number or of the record of our conversation today. The chocolate coating on the Wandvac is also peeling off. $300.00 plus for this vacuum and accessories and it is wholly unusable with the manufacturer unable to help in a timely manner. If at all. Even if the dust cup is not covered under warranty they have no replacement and they do not service what they sell or offer another soultion. I've bought many Shark Vacuums but this may be my last if they don't step up soon.
