It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with the GitHub Education application form not allowing you to upload documents or using the camera. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as incorrect permissions, outdated software, or issues with your internet connection. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: Check your browser and device settings: Make sure that your webcam is enabled and working properly on your device. Also, check your browser's privacy settings to ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions for the camera feature. |

Thanks for your fast answer. I have verified that my camera is working correctly, and I've also reset all the website authorization. When resubmitting the form, I am not prompted to allow access to my camera. I have already tried to contact GitHub support, but I can't contact them about a problem. |

Hi everyone,
Hello,
I’m trying to apply for GitHub Education (student status), but the application form completely blocks me.
When I start the application at
https://github.com/settings/education/benefits
The form only gives me one option: using the camera
There is no option to upload a PDF or an existing image
The camera does not work (tested on multiple devices and browsers)
Because of this, I cannot submit any documents to prove my student status
What I already tried:
Is there a way to:
Enable document upload instead of the camera, or
Reset/fix the GitHub Education application flow for my account?
Thank you for your help.
