Within each classification, the nomenclatural type is listed first followed by the remaining taxa in alphabetical order. Taxa appearing on the Approved Lists are denoted by the superscript AL. Taxa that were otherwise validly published are denoted by the superscript VP. Taxa that have not been validly published are presented in quotations.
