- Provide subject matter expertise during EBS-C business process sprints, focusing on financial audit considerations\n
- Collaborate with EY business process teams to deeply understand and address Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) issued by the Army's Independent Public Accountant (IPA)\n
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing Army business process documentation to develop informed, strategic recommendations\n
- Develop detailed white papers outlining requirements to mitigate audit risks in the future state EBS-C environment\n
- Analyze current system environments and propose actionable improvements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency\n\n
Required Qualifications\n
Must-Have Skills and Experience\n

- Extensive knowledge of Army Business Processes and Policies\n
- Proven expertise in Federal accounting and Financial Management\n
- Deep understanding of internal controls and IT General Controls (ITGC)\n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex audit findings into practical system requirements\n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal\n
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments\n\n
Preferred Qualifications\n
