Manage the overall operations of the swim school, including scheduling classes and staff assignments.\n
Implement our unique swim curriculum that enhances students’ swimming skills while promoting water safety.\n
Supervise and mentor swim instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards are met.\n
Foster a positive learning environment by building strong relationships with students and their families.\n
Conduct regular evaluations of instructors and programs to identify areas for improvement.\n
Help to Market and generate new business while increasing revenue.\n
Organize events, competitions, and worships to engage the community and promote swim education.\n\n

Proven experience working with students in a swim setting, preferably within an aquatic environment.\n
Background in customer service is an asset, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.\n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.\n
Passion for swimming and commitment to promoting water safety among all age groups.\n\n
