I used the trade-in offer for my S22 Ultra, which is in excellent condition, to get S25 Ultra. A month after I got the new phone and sent in the old one, Samsung tells me my old phone doesn't work (this is of course after I'm unable to return the new phone) specifically they say the screen doesn't light up. It worked flawlessly when I sent it in. Luckily, they had the option to return my old phone. Just got old phone back today. Guess what... It works perfectly. A scam to charge me full price!

Easy to navigate, secure, just used to make an online purchase. I appreciate discounts for online orders and exclusive color for my phone purchase. Opting for a payment plan was also technically smooth, credit worthiness evaluated to determine deposit required and interest rate. Took some thought but I'm satisfied and it will be mine soon enough.

Got my gf and I s23 ultra. newest update in may of 2025 forced "no signal" on my gf phone and not able to send msg on my phone, we had it slightly over 1 year, so no more warranty. guess what? It's going to cost $80 to take it to a store to dl the previous version. this is on their hands, sue able? "Forcing" phones to malfunction through software updates? 99.9% seems like it. im documenting everything. I dont recommend samsung to anyone. Software updates are scams to force battery draining, etc.
