Recruit Training - Accepting the Challenge

Marine Corps Recruit Training is meant to separate those capable of being Marines from those who are not. Marines are the finest warriors in the world, and our nation depends on us. So there is simply no room for weakness. Young men and women come to the Marine Corps with the understanding that they can and will accomplish more than they ever expected. They bring with them perceived limits, and learn to crush them. They bring with them weakness that turns to strength. Marine Recruits learn to use their intelligence, to enhance their physical abilities, and to live as upstanding moral beings with real purpose.
