New England Revolution prepare for Feb. 28 game against Aztex
Since the New England Revolution arrived in Austin on Monday, the club has been training each day in preparation for the Saturday night exhibition game against the Aztex at Nelson Field. Training picked up on Wednesday when the Revolution had a joint session with the Aztex including a scrimmage.

Millennium Soccer Club joins Aztex Affiliate Program
The Austin Aztex FC is pleased to announce that Millennium Soccer Club has agreed to join the Aztex Youth Club Affiliation Program and the two groups celebrated the new partnership this past weekend with a Texas-size cookout.

Aztex sign two players from open tryouts
Kyle Brown and Gareth Evans signed professional contracts with the Aztex today following the weekend tryouts. Both players were featured in this past weekend’s trials at St. Edwards University and caught the eye of Head Coach Adrian Heath.

USL-1 Tryouts an international competition and a big success
More than 100 players from around the globe converged on Austin and the St. Edward’s University campus this past weekend to show off their skills under the watchful eye of the Aztex coaching staff. The talent level for this year’s tryout to make the First Division squad was a step up from the talent pool at last year’s PDL tryouts, but was it enough? Aztex FC Announce Three Exhibitions Against Top MLS Squads
Central Texas soccer fans will have a chance to see Major League Soccer action up close and personal, and lots of it, as the Austin Aztex FC announced today it will host three top MLS franchises during a two-week span starting in late February. The teams coming to the Capital City to take on the Aztex at Nelson Field are the New England Revolution, Houston Dynamo, and Columbus Crew.
