If you would like to attend the Satellite Award show as an accredited Media Member, you will need to download the Media Accreditation form, fill it out completely, and include a copy of your Driver’s License or Passport. One form of current photo identification is mandatory for security reasons.
This form and supporting material should be sent to the IPA Production Office no later than November 23, 2012. Press Credentials will be mailed to you upon receipt of your ID copy and completed application.

If you are sending us your application by mail, please include a self-addressed envelope (including return postage).
Make sure you are able to scan clean copies of your identification when you email everything back to us; faxing produces the poorest quality reproductions of your identification – make sure to adjust your copies accordingly.
Attendance is not open to the public, and acceptance is subject to IPA Board approval.
