No arrest? It appears that you were let off the hook. It is probably too late to be prosecuted now, but I do not know the statute of limitations in Arkansas. I could be wrong on that. Do an internet search for statute of limitations on crime in Arkansas.

While the old adage, \"sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me\" is not true, the hurt which is associated with a verbal assault is normally emotional and not physical. A verbal assault is not, therefore, considered a crime. The police therefore would not be able to do anything about it.

That would undoubtedly be a trafficking charge, and could mean many years in prison, perhaps a few decades. If you are indigent you can probably qualify fot the public defender. This is just common knowledge and does not require an attorney. Since you have access to the internet you can do a search and find out all sorts of information about the law, even the statutes usually.

The answer to this question requires legal research. But he could be found guilty perhaps just because he was there, as long as all elements of the crime can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. It is complicated and most people simply do not know and cannot know all that an attorney licensed in the state must know.
