I\'m not sure what you mean by getting attitude. But it appears that you should take the better job and also seek worker\'s compensation for the medical expenses incurred as a result of the injury.

Sue him in small claims court. You should know, however, that if you get a judgment you will still have to collect it to get your money and that might be difficult. Do you know where your neighbor works? Because levying upon a judgment debtor\'s employer is often the best way to collect a judgment.

The facts and the opinion of the prosecutor. Did you mean 1st degree burglary, or 1st burglary, it would be a first burglary if the defendant had no prior burglary charges, obviously.

Generally, a conviction for a misdemeanor will not be an automatic removal of the right to bear arms. But you did not say there was a conviction.

Why isn't your brother asking this question? Basically, he probably needs to get to an attorney to write a demand letter, perhaps informing his ex that she can be civilly prosecuted for theft, conversion, and replevin.
