Q: I am 19 and I am trying to see if there is any way that I can get custody of my brother (15) and sister (14)

You need to go see a family lawyer about this. I do not know if temporary custody of minor by extended family is available in Alabama, and suspect that you would need to file a guardianship to get this accomplished.

Q: Can I pay cs directly to Massachusetts dhr if my kids live there but I live in Alabama ?
Robert Jason De Groot's answer
What does the order say? If it says you have to pay Alabama, then you have to pay the people in Alabama. You could probably make a motion and have a hearing, if you want that changed. The best way to do that is with an attorney. At least go speak with a local one about this.
Q: Does child support have to be paid for a child in Alabama who is 18 with child of her own and is no longer in school
Robert Jason De Groot's answer
That depends upon the facts and you have only given a few. Was there back due support? What was the agreement or what did the court order say?
Q: How is it that I do not have legal custody/guardianship of my children and they have been with me since their birth?
Robert Jason De Groot's answer
You have not given any facts. How can an attorney answer this question without knowing all the facts and circumstances. You did not even say whether you are the father or mother.
